Veteran dragged from Air Force ceremony for mentioning God

When a veteran started offering traditional remarks at a military flag-folding ceremony, several uniformed airmen assaulted him, dragging him out of the room because his remarks mentioned God. Now First Liberty Institute lawyers representing retired Senior Master Sergeant Oscar Rodriguez are demanding that the U.S. Air Force apologize and punish those responsible or face a federal civil-rights lawsuit.

  1. I grew up in the Air Force. My father was one of the first men promoted to Chief Master Sargent. He served as the 1st Chief Master Sargent of SAC and was asked to be the first Chief Master Sargent of the Air Force. He would be saddened big time to see what is happening in our military today. What have we become? So many who have served in the past did so with faith that God was with them. I served in Vietnam and I know that God was with me! I just pray that God will stay with us even though we shun him today. SHAME ON THE UNITED STATES AIR FORCE!
